Very long process and several case studies as they had a restructure so many teams interviewed me and every time i had to prepare a case study as well i went through panel interviews meaning people from different department 4 people inteviwied me to see where i fit best

Overall not pleasant experience interviewing with adidas, prepared a thorough case presentation and the interviewers are not engaging.
The communication from HR department is even worse, haven’t heard back from them for 2 weeks although actively asking. No feedback or whatsoever, just a message from LinkedIn that’s looks unprofessional and no respect on time and effort put in this process.

Very thorough. A business case is sent to you 48 hrs before the actual interview where you present the case first. Based on that questions are asked. The discussion is all rounded and they really want to see how passionate you are and how best do you deliver your skills.
