I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas
Interview
Applied online, invited to a group interview, then invited to one on one interview with a manager. During the group interview we were asked why we liked adidas, and to name different athletes sponsored by the company as well as the products they wore. For the one on one interview it was more behavioral type questions and whether or not I liked to work with customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at adidas (Woodbridge, ON) in Sep 2015
Interview
Very relaxed, take a deep breathe. Interview took place in the head office (woodbridge) , which is a really nice building. PRO TIP: wear business casual with some adidas flare e.g. a nice pair of adidas stan smith white/green. Noticed first thing interviewer looked it was the SHOES (please do not wear nike, new balance, asics, saucony, puma, under armour and anything in between bc you WILL get called out) why do you want to work for this company, what do you know about Adidas. Asked about experience, your education background, etc. Asked about past positions.
