They asked a practical based question to assess your response in the given situation. It was along the lines of you being the only manager in a centre and being contacted by a finance director who was chasing you up for data regarding centre performance. The data is already late and the meeting that the finance director needs the info. for is happening later that day. The task only takes roughly 15-20 minutes for you to sort, so you sit down to do it. As you begin the task, a stranger walks into the centre. You have never met/seen them before and do not know what it is they need. How do you go about dealing with the situation (e.g., do you finish the task before approaching the person who has entered the centre or vice versa, etc.)?
The group task was about being on a boat on fire. You had an object each. You couldn't swap. You only had enough time to save free people. You then had to choose who to save.
