What are your strengths and weaknesses
Director and Manager of FSO team had very great attitude and provided feedback actively. They were more interested in the studies I have done. Interviewers of FSP team gave less feedback and asked more technical questions, like modeling, PK analysis, MI.... They asked do I have any experience about Estimands or Bayesian.
