Part 1: Building a plan for a whitepaper and briefing Context: We intend to produce and distribute a whitepaper about what to consider when starting your own practice or selling your own practice as a GP. Consider this a brief. The final whitepaper must not be Doctolib-oriented and must be as neutral as possible but should be at the standard of McKinsey Institute. ● Define the editorial plan for this whitepaper: list parts, sub-parts, topics, main ideas; ● Specify the golden rules for the structure and content of this whitepaper; ● Indicate us how and where you would do research (online, offline, experts, etc.); ● Tell us how you would use, decline and promote it once it’s finalized; ● Let us know what KPI and metrics you would use to track marketing performance.
