I applied online and was contacted by an in-house recruiter to take part in a 20 min phone interview. I was asked about my previews customer service roles and my key responsibilities. My current role and main responsibilities as well as my experience working in a team. All together it was a very positive experience and will try again in near future.

Standard phone screening. In person interview involved a tour of the site and a short test listening to a sample phone call. Next was a one on one with a team lead. They basically read STAR type questions off a sheet of paper and wrote down your answers. Very impersonal

Rigorous interview process was changed since I began four years ago. Had to submit 5 reviews from people, phone interview, on-site interview, typing test, internet test. Then waited 3 to get a job offer
