eBay Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview had several different parts, Computer assesment and internet strengths, your computer skills, typing test etc, self recorded interview with pre recorded questions from interviewer and zoom interview aswell

After application, you’ll be scheduled for an at home assessment. This includes a typing test and some hypothetical situations. If it goes well, you’ll be given a recoded video interview responding to pre written questions on video. Finally, a phone interview is scheduled. A lot of generic types of questions - how do you feel about customer service, what interests you about the company, etc. Entire process took about a month.
