Interview
Recruiter sets up a 10 minute screen call, which anyone with any experience (or a brain) knows will take longer than 10 minutes. He is then 4 minutes late to his own 10 minute meeting, and proceeds to ask questions he could have found on my application. A week later, he auto rejects with no explanation. Unprofressional vibe start to finish.

Loosely explained position, then didn't ask a question around it. Just a "how does that sound?".
