A challenging aspect of the interview process was the on-screen editing skills assessment. It entailed reviewing a document in Microsoft Word written by an expert in their field, but whose first language was not English.

Since this was essentially a sales position, they really look for sales-specific qualities such as experience selling products or services, great interpersonal skills, and high energy. Lacking any of these qualities will likely make a poor impression in terms of suitability for the position.
