Tell me about a time when you had to coach someone for something. Name a time when you acted without thinking about the consequences. Tell me about a time when you had to make a tough decision based on a lot of data. Describe a time when you knew your boss was wrong about something, what did you do? Tell me about a time that you came across an unforseen problem. What did you do, and how did you handle it?
For example, the question would go like this....Tell me about a time that you had to work with someone that you disagreed with. They are looking for a situation, how you handled it and the response from the other person.
