Pretty much both interviewers asked different variations of the same questions. They would always start with "Name a time when..." Name a time where you worked as a team to accomplish a goal. Name a time where you went out of your comfort zone to get something done. Stuff like that
How would you react to an angry customer
"Have you ever had a disagreement with a fellow employee and how did you resolve it"?
tell me about a time when you had to step up as a leader.
Any experience working nights?
What was something in your last job that you enjoyed?
Tell me about yourself.
Do you have previous stock experience?
Why should we hire you ?
Why do you want to work for Target?
