Nothing particularly abnormal for a regular HR interview. It was the constant switching from one person to another and building that rapport that was tiring. The process took maybe 3 hours.

Do you consider yourself a macro or micro manager? How do you delegate? Why did you choose to work in HR? What is it about Chevron that attracted you to apply?
Walk me through your CV . Where do you see yourself in next 5 years ? Do you know something about analytics ? While giving a ppt , what is your main focus ? Do you think HR's job is extremely me hectic ? What is your take on hiring a bad employee ? Tell me about a project of yours. How do you describe yourself ? Why capgemini ? Why HR ? What do you know about capgemini ?
No technical questions, more about how would you deal with various situations in the office (when you have a high workload, conflicting situation, discussion with an irate and rude person etc.).
