Manager interview: Questions to assess how I would handle tasks (e.g., setting priorities, identifying key KPIs to ensure an article is clear, etc.). 3. Skills test: Practical evaluation of job-related skills, such as reviewing an article, writing templates, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.
They will test your analytical ability and the culture fit is a huge parameter. I had good conversations with everyone and felt well supported.
