I've been on dozens of interviews. This was the only time I can EVER remember the interviewer not taking it seriously and seemingly trying to have fun with me. It was a non-manager who seriously asked me "how I would deal with a turkey?" It was uncomfortable and generally appalling.
In the telephonic interviews with the writing team and HR, I was asked general questions about content writing, what BB offers and how would I approach. Other than that, things like previous work experience, educational qualifications etc were discussed. It was more of a discussion than an interview.
