After submitting repeated formal improvement ideas, I was told just to do the job I was hired for. I almost died of humiliation. My resume was for administration and I earned my MBA. I entered as research and development. Ground work to improve from a new perspective, but no one with pull saw me or just did not appreciate me.
It was more of a flowing conversation relating to my skills, job experience and expectations for the role.
