All interviews were pretty traditional in scope with no surprises or "hard questions" from my perpsective. They want details, clear examples of what your accomplishments, etc.
Group Discussion topic are based on current trends like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Facebook in boon or bane. But i am not not getting the selection procedure of GD .They want GD but accepting person whose make silence in whole GD process and if they ask what is your opinion then after your tell something ,if your you are agree or disagree other member view , it means you are directly disqualify. I want to share my GD process in my both neighbour are silence in whole GD also both guys are not able to speak but at last they are qualify for second round and i m rejected.
