In one instance, three recruiters were sitting in a tiny room and there was a clock/chronometer on the table. Then, they gave you only one minute to answer different questions. For example: "Introduce yourself?" or "Give us feedback about the interview day" and many other questions and they were pushing the button to count the one minute. I can imagine they want to assess how you are doing under pressure, however, they were also creating a very uncomfortable interview atmosphere.
