They asked a lot of behavioral questions and also about my previous job profile.
Interview emphasis was on the mission transitioning from cost plus to fixed price. What experiences have you had in that area to demonstrate competency in dealing with vendors and customer in a fixed price environment? i.e. "How do you tell your customers no politely?"
Give me an example of a time when you were faced with employee dishonesty. How did you handle this, what did you do?
Questions were mostly situation based like how will do a task if you are new to it and now one to guide?
