Assessment day- I was expecting role plays with other people. What I experienced was more like an exam style written paper. Although the role says no experience is necessary, the assessment day does test you on your project management skills. If you haven't done the job before, you may get easily stumped over this day. I didn't get the job, but the assessment day gave me huge insight into what the role requires.
They asked about my studies and relevant work experience,and why I was applying for the role. I was also asked what I knew about the company.
