What have you done so far in development (really - is this how you begin your introduction)
Classic questions about how would you manage people, teams, projects and risk in the context of developing a large software solution. Some classic questions such as describing a situation where you contributed positively to the success of the team and one situation in which things didn't go as expected and how you reacted. Some generic questions about cloud technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes and pitfalls in designing cloud native solutions.
Overall interview process was more of a discussion.

Going back to think about how I might have done something different with the difficult-to-manage developer. Totally reasonable interview question (I've asked similar Q's myself). Thinking for a moment or two before answering would definitely have helped me.
How would you handle a low performer?
Tell me about a time when you have built a team from scratch. Tell me about a time when you had to manage someone out of the company. Tell me about a time you made a strategic decision that had a large impact on the company.
Tell me one situation where you did not settle with status quo
