What was one time when you failed on the job?
I was called for an in-house written test and interviews. One of the interviewers seemed very unprepared and it seemed she was going through my resume for the first time. She was more interested to know why people are leaving Qualcomm, what kind of opening is there at Qualcomm rather than asking interview questions - she mentioned her husband works there. She was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable. Other interviewers were serious. Good questions asked. I also learnt in this process. Was offered but I had already accepted offer from another company
