The conversations I had with the Director or Eng and VP of Sales were more casual and were definitely behavioral in nature. Chat with the CEO was casual and was more about getting excited in the role.

The panel interview and technical skills part of the process involved two parts. The first part involved preparing a presentation on a topic I'm an expert in and then answering questions afterwards. The second part involved explaining technical troubleshooting across three scenarios shared prior to the interview session, with questions to probe my thought process.
