5. At the end of the interview there was a test with four questions. In four pictures, you need to know what was happening in the picture and write down summaries of that story. The interviewer left the room but set a timer in the room, they came back when the time was up.

The questions were kind of abstract so I didn't feel like I had a chance to represent myself fully.

Tell us about a time when you had to explain a library policy to an unhappy patron. Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult/unruly patron. How will you reach out to your target audience to increase program attendance? Is there anything you would like to add to help us further to evaluate you as a candidate?
