Overall very good impression. Application process itself was a little off in my opinion, e.g. I delivered a CV with career details, but I was also asked to fill in career details in a table format in the recruitment platform which is very time consuming. Interview process was smooth and fast, and everyone I met was very welcoming and skilled.

There were a series of interviews with different LEGO representatives across the teams I would be working with. These ranged from fairly informal discussions about my past, how I work, and how I would deal with situations, to talking through familiar technical systems and explaining rationales and the roles I played in forming them. The interviewers were all very friendly and knowledgeable and did their best to make me feel comfortable, whilst doing their best to evaluate me through a series of questions that were directly relevant to the role.

Fast and efficient. First two interviews were about personal introduction and introduction to the job. Here both parties can see if you are a potential match for the job. The third interview consist of researching and presenting a case to your future team. Here the team can see how you would perform in a similar work scenario and what your communication and technical skills are.
