i only had one interview. just talking about our current tools and the status because i was going from being external for 2 half year to a full time hire.

I went on a "coffee date" with a manager and had an open conversation about the LEGO journey and talked a bit about myself. Then following on with 2 more concrete meetings and met some other future colleagues, The process was overall a very positive experience for me, A few pleasant talks with some genuinely interested people.
