The process took 2 days. I interviewed at the LEGO Group in May 2011
Interview
Standard programmer interview. Initial phone test to make sure of basic competencies, then an in-person interview with the development staff that involved questions being bounced around and copious whiteboard use.
The one odd bit was being asked to build a model out of LEGO that best expressed me, using a standard set of random pieces. That was kind of fun. It was done separate from the group interview, with the HR person.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Make a LEGO model that best represents yourself. (it was weird - not the kind of question you prepare for)
