thyssenkrupp Contract Manager interview questions

They were seaarching urgently a contract manager to coordinate their EPC projects. In the same meeting I was interviewed by HR, the General Director and two persons located in Germany. We were talking around 1 1/2 hours. One German manager told me that as I may know they are from Germany and they can talk in loud voice one day and there will be no hard feelings the next day. I preferred not to join the company.
