thyssenkrupp Customer Service interview questions

First you have to go through a phone interview; which was great. The individuals on the phone were personable and made you really excited about the job. Then a couple of days later, they ask you to come in for an in-person interview. The person gave me the wrong address! After arriving, I had to wait about 15-20 past my scheduled time because no one was ready. Then it was so uncomfortable and I could tell the two individuals did NOT want to be there or they didn't want me to be there. There was no eye contact made. I did not get a pleasant feeling about working for this company.
