Tell me about yourself, couple of less important behavioural questions culture, comms, stakeholders. Nothing about strategy, planning, Integration, operation, business readiness or 20 other more critical aspects. It felt like they were hiring for Change and Comms Lead as opposed to Transition or PMI Manager.
