The problem was no questions about the job, just about my personality. In four interviews no one ask me about visual merchandising, about retail, about their stores (i had visited some and their visual merchandising was horrible) about design, about window displays or about my languages, nothing. Unbelievable.
After my initial interview, I was reached out to muktiple times asking if I knew additional skill sets they wanted for the role. Each skill was not included the original credentials they asked for, nor had much to do with the position I would be hired for.
