Competitive pay Flexibility on scheduling/WFH Benefits are decent The people are amazing. Smart, kind, and always willing to help.

Cons

C-Suite and VP-level management seem out of touch with employees' lives Very big ship that doesn't turn quickly Long hours (sending emails on nights and weekends is almost expected) Don't promote from within like they used to
