      Good work-life balance and an excellent US tech team to work with.

      Cons

      No on-site opportunities, low salary hikes, poor benefits, and most of them are discounted deals where employees pay a significant portion as co-payment.

      Pros

      3M is a great place to work. Lots of room for professional growth. Pay and Benefits are good. Lots of jobs can be done remote. Very stable company.

      3M is going through a difficult time right now and is eliminating many jobs.
