      Flexible time - working from home

      Cons

      Vertical management, so people in same country/office do not have an engagement. Team is distant. Change system very often. Very low bonus per year compared to other MNCs

      Wish they cared more about employees. Still ok as far as shift work jobs go.

      Shiftwork, dirty, can be forced overtime.
