Pros

Strong emphasis on R&D leads to sustainable success. Huge company with many different industries so if you tire of your job you can switch industries without leaving company. Much of the workforce has been here for 30+ years so great opportunity to fill those positions.

Cons

Minnesota is cold in winter, slightly old-school stodgy environment (seems to be evolving), you need to develop your career path on your own as there is no specific career path (for marketers).
