The people were really nice to work with and the work life balance was really good. I enjoyed the experience.

Cons

The salary was decent, but it would have been better if I could have negotiated for a higher base salary.

Pros

you do not have to work overtime. If their is a time that your needed you can always ask someone to work for you. As along as you keep your lead and supervisor informed. Supervisor has to approve of the change first.

Cons

too many chiefs and not enough indians. New hires must question their Trainer, if too many people are giving you different process methods
