Cons

Non-focus, want to be the best in every markets, every segments. Individual subsidiary policy may vary. Too many high level peoples.

Cons

Weak floor crew leaders in some depts, not want to involve with workers problems. Sometime poor commutations. New managements are changed so much, cut workers made us workers hard at not rising income. Some non sense policies
