3M seems to be run very fairly and is not a high stress environment that makes extraneous demands on its employees.

Cons

3M follows the trends of the market and as such, is not a company that offers the upper range of compensation and benefits, but is very middle-of-the road.

Hands on with day to day responsibilities. Also, participated in multiple projects to improve the current manufacturability of products.

Cons

Struggled by having limited resources on projects. Most plants are in the middle of nowhere, if you are young and adventurous, this may be an issue.
