Business Outlook
Pros
Smart colleagues, well-known brands, spans many industries. I am engaged and interested in my work and find it challenging (a good thing). I love the global connections. I also appreciate the recent focus on safety and new products.
Cons
Our company culture has changed dramatically in the last 7 years. I feel a bit surrounded with people who either feel like they need to tell leadership what they want to hear or are very unhelpfully cynical. I can’t recommend it anymore given how this impacts my ability to make an impact with my work. No matter what our team tries to accomplish, there’s a ton of internal friction and resistance from all sides (leaders, cross-functionals, support functions, peers) these days.
