Pros

Past the store clerk level the pay can be good, and the benefits are good for this type of work. You will also meet some good people.

Cons

No matter what they say at the interview, 7-eleven wants drones, they want you to do what you are told. They will talk about leadership and thinking outside of the box but it is not the reality of the job. Advancement is based on who likes you not on your performance.

Pros

Team building, everyday is a new project in the stores, working with a large variety of people and bringing out the best in them and the stores.

Cons

long hours, sometimes unrealistic goals, not every store is the same and should be viewed as such and not grouped in the same category.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Macro-management. Good compensation. Company Car. Quarterly Bonus. Get to build great relationships with corporate and franchise individuals.

Cons

Can sometimes be high demand on time (50 + hrs a week). Difficult to move up unless you're willing to move to Dallas, TX. Health Benefits are not great.
