Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are sound, especially the profit sharing 401K blend. If you find the right supervisor life is good. New Senior management is in place and trying to change the core philosophy of doing business. This is a great endeavor but sometimes the new message is skewed by the time it reaches the rank and file.
Cons
The new managment does not practice what it preaches. I.C.A.R.E. is the new slogan ... what a crock! The new pyramid of focusing on the store employees sounds good but isn't implemented.
