Company is in startup phase, so the team size is limited, and you will know everyone and everything around you Complete remote job Potential for growth is high as with less employees you will get used to working on multiple technologies at once, which will be rewarded too.

Cons

There will be times when there would be no work, and you will be getting paid for nothing and also times where there will be so much work that you'll have to work day and night. So you'll have to be prepare for both.
