      Pros

      The whorehouse workers that were unappreciated

      Cons

      They sweep under the rug sexual harassment claims by one of only two women working in warehouse, reported to company when two supervisors openly ask employees about who she is sleeping with and then ask them to spy on who comes and goes from her apartment, can you say daddy works at corporate so nothings done. Funny they were worried about the warehouse workers harassing when it came down it was management

      Pros

      ADM makes sure all employees are highly educated on safety, polices, corrective actions, training on different plant actions, environmental awareness. ADM is very environmentally friendly and safety conscious .

      Cons

      Be prepared for lots of safety meetings. You will be required to take several training classes. ADM is very strict.
