Pros

ADP provides a great "all-inclusive" atmosphere, and am awesome office culture. I'm my experience, everyone makes you feel welcome and they provide any needed support.

Cons

Compensation could be better, for the amount of information required to learn and multitude of processes to learn and complete on a daily basis.

Good PTO. Good managers and team oriented structure

Low pay. Other departments are really overwhelmed and stretched too thin and often make mistakes
