ADP removed monthly bonuses July 2023. Bonuses were the main source of income since the salary is very little and they claim they do not offer raises past the yearly “merits” where they give a 1-2% raise. They increased quotas but did also lowered commission. They are now wanting you to work more for significantly less. Do not plan on having a work life balance where you can take sick days or vacations
