Best culture I've ever been apart of. Fantastic employees who will take time to train you and help you. Great pay, you can support a family of 4 if you do well on your own.

Cons

Don't fall behind in your quota, a few months of that and they'll reassign you or put you in a "structured" probation period. A few more months, and they'll let you go. Sink or swim environment
