Pros

Values of Company and the Culture is amazing! If you are looking for a job that has work life balance, this Company takes care of the employees, numerous programs and activities, volunteer work, seminars to promote mental health, so many things you can sign up for, lots of perks, Cafeteria, great management (my Team manager), sick days, PTO and Vaca, Snack Cart or Snack cabinet for free, etc.

Cons

pay is great, even though I took a pay cut from previous job, however I rather work for great Managment and great company with Values

* Hybrid Work environment * Employee engagement and the wellbeing of the employees is a priority * Pay is competitive to the industry * Everyone focuses on the success of the business and drives performance that way as opposed to fear practice * Very diverse and progressive workplace

Cons

*Can be unorganized, especially in the hiring process. * Would like more process improvement. Things are not documented. * Health benefits are not good
