Great Company, Misleading Position Descriptions

Great company to work for, Great moral, great environment, great support.

Cons

However the job descriptions don't accurately describe the work required of the positions. It's almost misleads applicants into thinking the position isn't what it actually is. Overall great company!

A lot of great knowledge. Honestly start here and move and you’ll be good.

Cons

If you stay you really are cutting yourself short. Growth is there but you have to work way too hard for it.
