      Exposure to some of the big clients and complex requirements in US payroll

      Cons

      Reward system is a complete mess nowadays, People slogging in get rewarded at lower tiers and someone whos barely able to deliver get 50% raise. Moreover Sr. Leadership don't bother to retain Talent
