      The co-workers are good and the pay is good.

      Cons

      Long hours, outsourcing of jobs to other countries, not enough support technicians, does not replace when an associate leaves and adds more work to the already overwhelmed staff

      Got Paid twice a month, office supplies to use, chair to sit on, short commute to office, plenty of parking spots.

      Cons

      Leadership: self serving agendas. Lack of honesty. Indifference. Metrics, Cost savings. You can't handle the truth. Its a good place if you don't like smiling!

      Great culture, amazing team atmosphere. Truly international workplace (+30 nationalities). Management is always backing the teams. Independence, flexibility, good work-life balance, working from home opportunities. Global market leader. Financially very stable company. Private health insurance. Competitive compensation package in the Spanish market.

      Cons

      Limited possibilities to influence product development, service delivery. Ambitious global product suite sometimes struggles to deliver according to client expectations. Career opportunities are definitely there but progress can be slow.
