Pros

I absolutely love working in the benefits department at ADP. I feel as though I am helping employees save money, and do enjoy many of the callers.

Cons

During open season, it can be hectic. Many of the temps hired to help, I feel like they don't take the job personally and many accounts get enrolled incorrectly.

Pros

Salary, commission is excellent, treat you well when you perform well, expensive benefits but good, technology, stable company, hours are good.

Cons

Management, ethics, policies, customer focus is not there. No room for career development unless they want you to move forward

Pros

The people there were very nice to work with. Nice cafeteria and cute little park thing in the middle of the building. (Outside)

Cons

The cafe is way way way way way way way way way way wayyyyyyy EXPENSIVE!!!!!!
